Leadership
HDC was founded in 1970, focusing on the senior care facilities industry and has evolved over the years into the multi-family housing and commercial sectors. HDC has developed more than 12,000 housing units.
Travis Scott
CEO | Senior Project Manager
Travis Scott has been involved in the construction industry since early in his youth. Throughout his career, Travis has completed projects of varying complexities ranging from $5MM-40MM, including highway-heavy, commercial, residential, and federal projects. Travis has been part of the HDC team since 2012.
Tom Mazacek
CFO | Senior Project Manager
Tom Mazacek graduated from Foley High School and received a degree from St. Cloud State University. He also did post-secondary work at Purdue University. He has worked in the construction industry since 1990. Tom has been part of the HDC team since 2006.
Esty Erickson
Controller | Accountant
Esty Erickson has been involved in the construction business since 2002. She graduated from Rasmussen College in St. Cloud and has been a part of the HDC team since 2012.
